There won't be better treatments for the next 30 years

BIG 3 will still be THE WAY TO GO in the year 2040. Deal with it. Don't be delusional, relax! Don't wait for miracle cures and wonder treatments! Get on BIG 3 + Dermarolling asap! Take action! Don't dream up fantasies!

Phenelzine (Nardil), Tranylcypromine (Parnate), Amitriptyline ("Elavil") and Clomipramine ("Anafranil") are still the most effective antidepressants & anxiolytics and they have been around for more than 50 years. There hasn't been anything better for the last 60 years, although pharma is putting billions of dollars into the development of newer & better antidepressants.

When they can't come up with better treatments for depression, Parkinson's and Alzheimers, then it seems rather unlikely that they would come up with the HAIR LOSS CURE, don't you think?

Take Parkinson's for example: Levo-Dopa has been around since the late 60s / early 70s. The relatively new COMT inhibitors are used adjunctively with levodopa, but clinical effect sizes are rather low and side effects are high. Dopamine-Agonists are sometimes used as adjunct-treatment in Parkinson's. The new generation Dopamine-agonists are Pramipexole and Ropinirole: both have been approved in 1997. Nothing new since then. And all those treatments are no good treatments at all: they can slow then the degeneration, but they cannot stop it. Sometimes MAO-B inhibitors are applied. The most known is Selegiline: is has been around for decades. Nothing new on the horizon. My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2004 at age 43 and passed away in 2018 at age 57. He waited and hoped for the miracle cure or treatment. It never came. He died due to aspiration pneumonia, a common late stage Parkinson's death.

I am not here to antagonize you or to bash you, on the contrary. I been lurking on hairloss forums since the early two-thousands... 2004, 2005... I've seen it all come and go, I've been praying, I've been hoping, I was hyped, then disillusioned, then hyped again. I've become rather indifferent about all that future treatments shit...

It seems that the MODERATOR has changed the title!

Former title was: "Don't be delusional, there won't be anything better for the next 27 years. Deal with it." ;) :)

The only thing that might probably come out in the near future is Breezula / Clascoterone / CB-03-01, but I doubt that it will be more effective than Finasteride or Dutasteride.

I am not waiting anymore. I've been through that waiting shit for nearly two decades. No more waiting for me.
