Eat any shit that you want in any quantity that you want, basically have a big fucking meal of your choice and then don't throw up or anything, but fast for ~15 hours (mostly during sleep) while drinking shit ton of water during that time (~4) Liters and also sprint for 30 mins everyday

You won't be a braindead muscle freak like gymcels, but you'll have a pretty ripped physique with little bodyfat, little bloat and six packs.

Monitoring your calories and all that stuff is just fucking autism, i tried it and it's just mentally exhausting and obsessive and the results are not even that good, what worked for me is eating what i want and giving my body enough time and water to burn that shit, try it yourself and report back in six months.
