How is everyone getting on?

I gained around 6lbs in weight during lockdown. Gyms re-opened 3 weeks ago but only going 3x p/w as I've had so much work going on.

I was working out at home during the pandemic but started drinking 5 nights a week on average due to stress. My drinking is down to a normal (for me) twice per week with friends but not improved yet.

I'm now 5'11 and 197lbs at around 20% body fat. Last time I was measured i was 17% and I imagine every one of the 6lbs gained is fat so roughly 20% bf.

Need to get it down to my preferred 185lbs (it would probably take me 6 weeks as I cant go harcore right now)

197 pounds equals 89.358 kilograms and 185 pounds equals 83.915 kilograms.

I'm really wanting to get back to the gym now.

I've been on a few different bodyweight workout plans but got bored of them all eventually. Currently on a plan where my goal is to get 30 pullups across six sets(up to 29) and 150 pushups across six sets(achieved this) but the volume of workouts is putting me off now before I start.
