As much as I hate Trump, I think he is going to win only because he fights dirty. He is going to find some way to
change the election results, using the mail in ballot.

He is going to invalidate the results, and he will find some way to get the Electoral College vote.

A good article on the intersection between family, culture, and educational success. It begins with a letter writer describing his past experience as a White boy in a largely Asian school.

I grew up in a poor white neighborhood.

I didn't want my kids to go there, because the education system really sucked. The high school
principal was a retired guy the district got really cheap. There was lots of violence, I'm not sure
if there is as much these days because of technology, probably cyber bullying instead.

Ironically, what used to be a Democratic district, there are lot's of MAGA supporters. I think it's
the shock value.

It's hard for me to understand what anybody sees in Trump.

How is Monk going? I never made it to the 8th season.

Here is a link about Donald Jr.

https://www.yahoo.com/huffpost/donald-t ... 30759.html

Have to say, it probably is true. He left his wife, who was pretty hot, for Kim, whose not so hot.

I haven't watched the entire RNC, but of what I've seen, Tim Scott, Nick Sandman, and Abby Johnson have given the best speeches.

These unreasonable riots will only galvanize the Trump base and sway a few of the uncommitted.

A few weeks ago I thought you might be leaning toward Mr. Biden...?

Anyway it is true, the looting etc. will help the Donald and the entire election could hinge on Wisconsin. :?

Good article and I will quote:

Hell, my parents divorced (although they remarried each other around the time I entered high school). In contrast, all of my Asian friends?
Stably married parents, all of them. And I can also confirm that my Asian friends generally did study harder and longer after school than my white friends did, because their (the Asians) parents made them.
If this rambling diatribe has a point, it’s that the black/white dichotomy we hear about endlessly in the media misses a lot of important nuance. And that my experience is consistent with your intuition that culture — specifically, the home culture of the students — matters far more than race when it comes to school atmosphere and success.

I think most Asian women would be afraid to divorce their husbands. The reason - like the success of Asian students - is mostly cultural: SHAME!!

Only as a source of humor... especially the last minute or so.

I think it's also in part or mostly economic. People are less trapped in a marriage if they have good financial options afterwards...

Kim was too soft spoken, as a result, I couldn't hear what she was saying.

One important thing I did notice. What did you think of some of the people's nose jobs?

These posts of mine seem to get deleted, despite rather small images.

Marla Maple's nose looked very, very small. Almost like a white dot on her face. It was
weird.

I agree with the top and third speeches. That said, what do you think of Trump using his entire family
for speeches?

What gets me is that Trump is still asking people if he should prosecute Biden for having his son
on the Ukraine board. This is after the fact he bribed a foreign leader for dirt on his political
opponent.

Trump is, by far, the most divisive President the GOP has ever had. He blames everything on
Democrats, and calls them "liberal Dems".

He wants Adam Schiff and Pelosi removed from office.

All other Republicans tried to unify both parties, and didn't slam the other side. Trump is the
only one who doesn't.

Joe deserves to win, even if it is just for revenge. I just wish Kamala was President, and it
was the other way around, in my opinion.

I finally got around to reading @Pat's reddit post.

Does anyone else not think it's a bit creepy (and unrealistic) for this "Josh" guy to know so much about his sister's sex life?

Don't be so gullible, people.
