Maybe rank them on extremities of hair loss treatments. In the same way you get deep in to treatments it reflects how deep in to the forum you get. 1 post- biotin, 100 posts- nizoral, 10,000 posts- tranny drugs

Maybe not "tranny drugs" but y'know what I mean. Although "tranny drugs" would be funny too.
Haha, not a bad idea but it would be confusing as people could mix up the rank with the member's regimen.

I also thought about something like "natural cures believer" for one of the lowest ranks.

Anyway, I've created 6 different ranks with hair follicle icons to show the member's level:

Hair transplants: 2000 graft (May 2014) and 2024 graft (January 2018) FUE's with Dr. De Reys for front and mid-scalp - Last hair transplant: ~1000 grafts on crown area (February 2019)

But that should be the natural order, people shouldn't be allowed to take more than Biotin unless they reach 50 measly posts. :?

I like the new feature, I get a weird feeling @Afro_Vacancy 's gonna race for the 1,000 though. :)

I might have overdone it yesterday.

I guess it's OK if each post is about a different point.

I made sure I kept the post that had likes though :p.

Damn @Hairblues, you really killed it with that Chris Cuomo thread, look what happened yesterday:

At first, I thought it was some kind of bug, but no, more than 700 hundreds visits in a day because so many people are searching for "Chris Cuomo hair piece" or some variant of that. This website is now the first one that appears when you search those keywords.

I added two new forum section: one to discuss future hair loss solutions (so there is now also a section for current treatments) and one dedicated to hair transplants.

You can now highlight specific parts of posts and a floating quote button will appear. Hit it and only the text you selected will be quoted.

You can now also quote multiple posts from the topic page by using the new multiquote button on the right.

The avatar of the last poster now appears on the right on the main and section pages.

I've noticed the avatar of the last poster in any particular thread.
This is a great update as it allows me to avoid my enemies.

A draft of your post will now be saved automatically every 20 seconds (you can also do it manually by clicking 'Save quick draft' below your post), that means you can close the reply page and return to it at any time, and a draft of your post will still be there.

I thought this would be especially helpful after what @That Guy got one of an apparently huge post of his nuked because I emptied the cache of the forum at the wrong time.

You can personalize (if you want drafts to save faster or just disable it) this option in the User Control Pannel in Board Preferences > Auto drafts.
